		<description>For the second effect, the bigger flame, I&#039;m confused about the instructions halfway through.
For example, you said to create a layer and fill it with white. Judging from the screen the white layer is on top of the black layer, but somehow the black layer is showing?
Also, when I try to apply an inner and outer glow on the Layer Style Panel, the effects do not appear on the flame, but on the edge of the layer.
